Cancellation policy

You may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are obligated to compensate us for any resulting damages.

• From the 30th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total price will be charged.
• The full travel price is payable from the 14th day before the start of the rental period.

The decisive factor is the date your cancellation notice is received. Any payments already made will be credited. You may nominate a replacement to take over your contract under the stated conditions; however, this replacement must be accepted by us.
